Eligibility, accounts, and authorization
You must have the legal capacity to agree to these rules and use the service only for lawful purposes. The email used to log in, the verification codes you receive, and your authenticator keys must be under your control. Do not lend them to anyone who is not authorized.
You may receive only email that you are authorized to view. Do not use a forwarding address to impersonate someone else or bypass the sender’s access restrictions. If you discover unauthorized account use, end the session immediately, disable the relevant address, and contact us.
Service and delivery responsibility
Temporary addresses are provided as-is. We do not guarantee that they will exist permanently or that every message will arrive. Use an address with sustained access and recovery options for critical account recovery, financial, medical, employment, and legal notices.
Email delivery depends on the sender, the network, and upstream filtering systems, so messages may be delayed, rejected, or truncated. Confirm that you are authorized to receive the content and decide whether you need a backup delivery method based on the consequences of the task.
Content, security, and fair use
Do not use the service to send or help send spam, phishing, malware, harassment, or materials related to illegal transactions. Do not bulk-register accounts, automate credential stuffing, bypass rate limits, scan infrastructure, or interfere with other users.
To keep the service available, we may inspect technical metadata, apply automated anti-abuse rules, and restrict unusual traffic. Except where necessary to deliver messages, troubleshoot security, or meet legal obligations, we do not use message content for advertising profiles.
Restrictions, suspension, and termination
To protect security and availability, we may rate-limit, suspend, or terminate access for unusual activity, unlawful content, infringement, or clear abuse. We may act first when there is an urgent risk, then provide an explanation or appeal channel where appropriate.
You may stop using the service, delete messages, disable aliases, or close your account at any time. Termination does not remove responsibilities incurred earlier. Relevant data will be handled under the Privacy Policy, necessary security retention periods, and legal retention obligations.
Disclaimer and contact
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as-is and as available. We do not promise uninterrupted service, no delays, or suitability for a particular task. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or lost credentials resulting from choosing a short-term address in error.
The complete rights and responsibilities, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution are governed by the Terms of Service. For questions about these rules or your account, email support@oxrelay.com. We will reply after verifying the information necessary to assist you.
